Job description$500 Sign on bonus Mileage Reimbursement Full time status= 30+ hours per week. Valid state issued driver's license, current vehicle insurance declaration and vehicle registration. A high school diploma or equivalent. The ability to pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations / policies

In this role, you will :
- Work directly with children with IDD to develop positive behavior strategies.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to create a comprehensive support system.
- Utilize evidence-based practices to promote emotional well-being and skill development.
- Make a lasting impact on the lives of these incredible children.
