Now Hiring : Entry-Level Auto Account Service Representative – $18 / HR | Mon–Fri Shifts (7 AM – 7 PM)

Start your career in auto services with a fast-paced, customer-focused team! CornerStone Staffing is now hiring Entry-Level Auto Account Service Representatives to support customer account operations, service scheduling, and administrative tasks. No prior automotive experience is required—just strong communication, attention to detail, and a passion for helping people.

Location : DFW Area | Onsite

Pay : $18.00 / hour

Schedule : Monday–Friday | 8-hour shifts available between 7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Type : Temp-to-Hire (W2)

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the first point of contact for customers—by phone, email, or chat
  • Create and update account information in CRM and internal systems
  • Schedule appointments, prepare service orders, and coordinate with technicians or sales reps
  • Process billing and payments, review invoices, and support warranty or credit approvals
  • Address customer concerns professionally and follow through to resolution
  • Support cross-sell opportunities by recommending services based on customer needs
  • Ensure all records are accurate, organized, and compliant

What You Bring

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service
  • Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn multiple systems
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage several tasks at once
