Catheterization Lab RN Opportunity - Upstate New York

Schedule Options

Preference for 36 hours per week

4x10 hour shifts (7am-5 : 30pm) or 3x12 hour shifts (7am-7 : 30pm)

Weekends / Holidays / On-Call / Callback / Charge per Unit Needs

Unit Overview

Inpatient and outpatient procedural labs focusing on mechanical and electrical diagnosis and intervention for cardiac patients

Serves the upstate New York region

4 Cath labs and 3 EP labs caring for adult and pediatric patients

Wide range of patient conditions

Comprehensive program with pre and post procedural care holding area

Practice model rich with RN staff and CVT collaboration

Focus on excellent patient outcome and satisfaction

Required Experience & Certifications

2 years Cath Lab Experience

BLS (AHA)

ACLS (AHA)

Moderate sedation trained

Dysrhythmia

Telemetry

RN License (NY License ONLY)

Must Have Skills

TAVR, Microclip, and Watchmen

Experience in Right Heart and Left Heart Hemodynamics, Cardiac Interventions, CTO, PCI, Pericardiocentesis, Vascular Interventions, RotoPro, LVADs, AngioVac, FlowTriever

Mechanical Circulatory Support Experience : ECMO, Impella, IABP, ProtekDuo and LVAD

Structural Heart experience with TAVR, MitraClip, Watchman, CardioMEMS, PFO, ASD, VSD, Valvuloplasty and ASA

Critical care or Cardiac Experience

Nice to Have

Cardiovascular certified or RCES preferred

Familiar with Device and Ablation procedures and equipment

EP Lab Experience
