75 miles from facility About the Role We’re seeking a skilled and adaptable Emergency Room RN to join a high-acuity, fast-paced emergency department that serves both adult and pediatric populations. This is a November start opportunity for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to make a meaningful impact during the holiday season. Key Requirements License : Active New York RN license (Required) Certifications : BLS & ACLS (Required) Experience : ER experience preferred; first-time travelers accepted COVID-19 Vaccination : Required (Medical / Religious exemptions accepted) Core Clinical Skills IV therapy & Phlebotomy Arterial line management

• Central line care & blood product administration IV vasopressors & continuous IV sedation
• Procedural sedation administration
• CPAP / BiPAP & ventilated patient care Neurological & Trauma Experience CVA (Stroke), Neuro-Trauma, Spinal Cord Injury Traumatic Brain Injury Gunshot wounds & traumatic amputation
• Ortho trauma Work Settings General Emergency Department (Adult / Pedi Combined) STEMI Certified Facility
• Stroke Certified Facility
• Shock / Trauma Unit
