Summary

Northtowne Cycling, Cedar Rapids’ century-strong cycling and fitness hub, is seeking a passionate Bicycle Assembly Technicians - Part-time to lead our initial bike build experience and help more people than ever discover the joy of movement.

This is more than an assembler role—it’s an opportunity to shape how we serve, connect, and grow.

What You'll Do

• Begin a career progressing towards a Bicycle Technician position
• Assemble and prepare bikes and fitness equipment for sale
• Perform a variety of service functions on new bikes, used bikes and accessory products
• Troubleshoot problems and support service and sales team members with other mechanical duties
