Job Description
Lead the estimating process for ground-up projects ranging from $2M-$20M. Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bid proposals. Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor scopes to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with project management and preconstruction teams to develop strategies. Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsiveness. Support business development efforts with conceptual and schematic estimates. Ensure compliance with company standards and industry best practices.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Senior Estimator should have : 8+ years of experience in estimating within commercial construction. Strong knowledge of ground-up projects in retail, hospitality, automotive, or life sciences. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
