About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multifamily reconstruction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role oversees estimating, buyouts, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and safety across all assigned projects. The Project Manager ensures that design specifications are met, budgets are adhered to, and work progresses according to schedule.
You will work closely with superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and internal leadership to deliver successful, high-quality projects that exceed client expectations.

Estimating & Pre-Construction
Perform project estimating, buyouts, and issue subcontracts and purchase orders.Assist with budgeting, bidding, and awarding subcontracts for larger projects.Obtain necessary permits and approvals for revisions.Attend / run pre-construction meetings with subcontractors.Project Management & Coordination
Schedule subcontractors, consultants, and vendors on the critical path to ensure timely completion.Manage multiple job sites simultaneously.Lead subcontractor coordination meetings.Identify areas of work outside the contracted scope.Attend or conduct OAC (Owner-Architect-Contractor) and OEC meetings.Quality Control & Documentation
Perform quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications.Manage ASIs, RFIs, and material submittals, communicating all updates to the project team.Ensure subcontractors fully execute their contracted scopes of work.Conduct progress and closeout punch lists.Safety & Compliance
Monitor jobsite safety and general conditions.Support superintendents in maintaining safe, clean, and compliant job sites.Supervisory Responsibilities

Superintendents (when applicable)SubcontractorsConsultantsVendorsInternal staff assigned to the projectSupervision includes ensuring adequate manpower, verifying performance quality, and maintaining schedule and safety compliance.
Skills & Qualifications
Technical & Physical Requirements
Strong ability to identify deficient work and implement resolution.Proficient in blueprint reading.Strong communication abilities via phone, email, written logs, computer, smartphone, and tablet.Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and navigate full job sites, including elevated areas.Experience monitoring jobsite safety and compliance.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project, Outlook).Professional Competencies

Minimum 5 years of verifiable project management experience.Strong knowledge of multifamily or similar construction trades preferred.Computer literacy required; Microsoft Office proficiency required.Multifamily project experience strongly preferred.
