Identify repair needed and follow standard operating procedures to repair based upon the need
Demonstrate proficiency in repairing at least one of the following:
Upholstery / Leather products to include stitching, panel replacement, mechanism, frame repair, button replacement, as well as other components
Wood / case goods to include burn ins, color matching, panel replacements, adjustment of drawers, doors, glides and other components
Achieve 80% restock to first quality
Identify proper quality disposition of furniture after inspection.
Have clear understanding and experience with product assembly
Utilize proper lifting techniques
Able to operate radio frequency equipment
Conducts operations in compliance with OSHA standards
Maintains a clean work area, free from debris on warehouse floor
Meet company standards for productivity

Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years experience working with upholstery, an array of fabrics, wood furniture, leather and veneer finishes. Able to use necessary tools and equipment. Strong working knowledge of leather repairs, wood repairs including scratches, dents and split wood. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This position will not have any supervisory responsibilities.
The hiring pay range provides a good faith estimate of the salary or hourly wage that Living Spaces expects to pay for the position upon hire. Pay will be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to: applicant's education, relevant work experience, knowledge, applicable and relevant skills and abilities, market demand, Company budget, as well as internal equity and alignment with geographic market data. Compensation: $20.80 - $27.00Overtime pay is available for eligible, non-exempt Team Members. Reimbursement for expenses as required by applicable law and Company policy. Retail, Guest Services and Distribution Center Team Members are eligible to receive team bonus based on meeting specific goals and KPI's.
