Utilize your expertise to make a difference in the community as a Family Engagement Manager with Venice Family Clinic. Under the guidance of the Early Head Start Director, this role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all Head Start Performance Standards and the State's Child Development Division (CDD) regulations for our Early Head Start Program's Family Child Care and Center-Based options. The Family Engagement Manager will also oversee the program's State CDD childcare contract.

Note : This position is a full-time limited appointment for 5.5 months, with the potential to become a permanent role.

Salary range : $26.10 - $49.38 per hour

Qualifications

Required :

• California State Director's Permit
• Knowledge of human development and ability to recognize social service needs
• Effective communication skills, including gathering, analyzing information, and preparing concise reports and recommendations
• Professional judgment and confidentiality
• Interpersonal skills to establish effective relationships with children, parents, staff, and partner agencies
• Knowledge of Head Start / Early Head Start or comparable early childhood development programs
