Shift Leader Position At Dunkin'

We are looking for shift leaders to join our Dunkin' team! Shift leaders are responsible for coaching crew members throughout their shift to execute operational brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback. Shift leaders work closely with the team, training and coaching new and existing employees; and support management with other tasks / projects.

Responsibilities

Team Environment :

• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members
• Empowers the team to satisfy guests and resolve problems
• Provide great guest service, resolving guest issues while being polite and respectful
• Educates on the guest satisfaction survey program and ensures receipt are issued with each order
