Retro-commissioning Project Coordinator

Resource Innovations  is seeking a Retro-commissioning Project Coordinator to join our growing team in Illinois. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Coordinator with a strong background in managing projects to join our dynamic team. As a Project Coordinator at Resource Innovations, you'll oversee project progress, support customers, and maintain relationships with service providers. Key duties include monitoring Retro-commissioning quality, ensuring schedules are met, and promoting engagement in utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs. Success requires technical expertise, program knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills to motivate energy-saving actions in a dynamic environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages Service Providers and RCx projects
• Coordinates day-to-day aspects of projects including quality control of deliverables, client communications, maintains project schedules, and utilizes technical staff
• Promptly and accurately addresses customer concerns to ensure problem resolution and promote long-term productive relationships
• Understands the organization and decision-making process in order to work with stakeholders in determining project eligibility, schedule and potential energy savings
• Manages on-time delivery of technical reports
• Commutes to off-site locations to facilitate meetings with stakeholders
• Analyzes utility data to determine energy performance parameters and eligibility
• Other duties as assigned.

Compensation & Benefits

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $75,000 - $90,000.  In addition to base pay, employees are eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position.  Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
