This is a high-impact sales leadership role where you'll drive growth across multiple industries by combining technical expertise with strategic account management.
Responsibilities
- Build new business opportunities and strengthen relationships with engineering and executive teams
- Serve as the main contact for assigned accounts, overseeing both day-to-day activity and long-term planning
- Promote automation solutions including PLCs, VFDs, HMIs, servo systems, and motors
- Align customer product roadmaps with tailored solutions to uncover future opportunities
- Partner with product management teams to advance new technologies
- Deliver revenue growth and accurate forecasting while ensuring timely project execution
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BSEE preferred)Hands-on background selling industrial automation componentsStrong track record in strategic sales planning and executionAbility to communicate effectively across technical and executive levelsProficiency in MS Office; CRM experience a plusWillingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationallyWhat We Offer
