About this role :
Sabey is looking for a highly motivated, new attorney with an interest in joining the in-house legal department at a growing real estate company. You will be joining a small, dynamic legal team with an opportunity to assist in a wide variety of contracts, transactions and general corporate areas.
This position will report to the General Counsel and provide direct transactional support to internal groups as well as work closely with outside counsel on a variety of real estate and corporate related matters . The focus will include data center lease, license, and other commercial agreements.
The annual salary range for this role is $ 1 10,00 -$1 34,000 .
Your contribution will likely be :
Provide transaction management and support for Sales executives, including drafting, review, and negotiation of data center lease agreements, amendments, carrier license agreements, and non-disclosure agreements .
