Position Overview – Quality Inspector – Precision Parts

We're adding a full-time Quality Inspector to keep our production running at world-class accuracy. You'll float from machine to machine performing second-pass checks, stopping variation before it leaves the spindle.

Key Responsibilities – Quality Inspector – Precision Parts

• Perform 100 % first-article and in-process inspections on CNC-milled & turned parts
• Verify critical dimensions using calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, height gauges, surface plates, optical comparators
• Read and interpret GD&T engineering prints, work instructions, control plans
• Document results and communicate deviations immediately to machinists and supervisors
• Assist with gage R&R, tool life studies, and root-cause analysis
