Sr. Liability Claims Specialist

• Receives, gathers and accurately transmits liability information to the company, from communications with the insured, claimants, and internal staff in a timely manner.
• Investigates, evaluates, and resolves lost time liability claims, including litigated claims.
• Mediates situations as they arise between the insured and the insurance company, to include researching coverage issues.
• Generates checks for indemnity and medical payments daily.
• Thoroughly investigate a liability claim to the point where a decision can be made.
• Negotiate liability settlements with claimant parties and attorneys.

The salary range for this role is $65,000 - $109,000. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience and industry certifications.
