Physical Therapist to work in a busy Multidisciplinary Pediatric Neurology clinic for patients with CP and other neurological conditions.

Very experienced PTs are preferred who treat pediatric patients with cerebral palsy and other motor disorders.\nOutpaitent and weekday coverage needed.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose\nProvides skilled physical therapy services to patients including all aspects of evaluation and treatment.

Responsibilities\nEstablishes treatment plan and provides treatment, considering discharge needs; expected discharge functional status; and appropriate equipment and supplies.\nEducates, collaborates with, and conferences with patients, families, and other health care providers; making recommendations for referrals to specialists as needed.\nDelegates to assistants, techs, and students through written and verbal communication including determining the skill level or competency required to provide interventions to best meet the needs of the patient.\nCompletes documentation in accordance with departmental policies.\nProvides assessment, reassessment, and / or consultations for Physical Therapy Services.\nMinimum Requirements\nEducation\nBachelor's Degree\n- Physical Therapy (PT)
