Looking for an amazing full time or part time serving job right on Lake Coeur D Alene?

Here at The Buoy we have beautiful lakeside service, fun fast paced action, and an amazing opportunity for you!

Servers have an amazing high volume opportunity to make some incredible tips! The Buoy is a fast paced high volume family dining, bar and grill, we provide the best service with some incredible views, lakeside Live music, and some great potential to grow and solidify your skills within the service industry.

The requirements / responsibilities of a server include

• Must be 19 years of age or older to serve and sell alcohol in the state of Idaho.
• Flexible scheduling, with a preference to AM or PM shifts, between 6AM-3PM / 2PM-11PM
• Fast pace HIGH quality service, simple meet and greet with customers at the window, creating hype and love for The Buoy and the amazing venue we provide to Lake CDA
• Enjoys being outside, we are all outside seating and patio service
• Can handle high volumes with hundreds of customers at any given hour of the day
• providing a relaxed but professional work environment allowing for customers and peers to enjoy the views, food, and drinks!
• Ability to Upsell at the window and leave customers satisfied and educated on The Buoy CDA
• Cleaning and caring for the patio and equipment
• Ability to read and understand Food and beverage laws and protocols.
• Ability to take commands and orders from Customers and Management alike

No experience needed, but 1+ year in service industry preferred, we have training and a team of knowledge available, we are here for you!
