On-call info : On-call required if requested

Travel Area : Tallahassee, Crawfordville, and / or Gadsden County

Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours

Productivity Units : 30 units

Qualifications : HCHB and HH experience required

Skills

Current state license to practice Physical Therapy - Required

Proof of current CPR certification - Required

Current driver's license - Required

Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required

2 years experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant - Required

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an Associate Degree in Physical Therapy - Required
