JOB TITLE : Medical Credentialing Data Entry Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY : We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Credentialing Data Entry Specialist to support our medical credentialing team. In this role, you will be responsible for entering, primary source verification, updating, and maintaining provider credentials and related documentation as well as provider enrollment documentation in our credentialing databases and systems. Accuracy, confidentiality, and time management are key to ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Work independently and think critically to complete credentialing and provider enrollment tasks accurately and on time
• Handle confidential provider and organizational information with discretion and professionalism
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with providers, office managers, internal departments and verification entities to gather or verify credentialing information

QUALIFICATIONS :

Required Education : High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education : Associates or Bachelors degree with preferred focus in Business Administration or related field.

Preferred Experience : Some employment experience in a hospital setting.

Benefit Eligibility Requirements - Employees regularly scheduled at least 20 hours per week.
