POSITION SUMMARY
The C&C Events Coordinator is primarily responsible for the on-the-ground execution of community-focused events at The Orion Amphitheater, serving as the lead day-of point of contact for internal teams, vendors, talent, and community partners. This is a highly active, public-facing role focused on ensuring events run smoothly, safely, and professionally from start to finish.
In addition to leading day-of operations, the C&C Events Coordinator supports key pre-event logistics—such as managing vendor applications, coordinating staffing needs, and aligning with operations teams to ensure all elements are in place ahead of time. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, people-centric environment and brings strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to every phase of the event process.

In close partnership with the City of Huntsville, tvg hospitality opened the groundbreaking Orion Amphitheater on the 7th of May 2022. Inspired by the grand open-air amphitheaters of Ancient Greece, this 8,000 person capacity destination hosts an exciting line up of world-class performers and is further supported by three stories of unique concessions ranging from the Madkin & Weeden tap rooms through Isadora’s Wine Bar, El Cohete Taco & Tequila, and the dramatic sky bar with immense views of both the stage and the surrounding landscape.
