Program Manager

This role involves overseeing and managing aerospace manufacturing sales programs from initial lead generation through to the final sale and delivery. You will develop and execute sales strategies that align with organizational goals and customer requirements while serving as the primary point of contact for key customers to maintain strong, long-term relationships.

Responsibilities include :

• Overseeing and managing aerospace manufacturing sales programs.
• Developing and executing sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to ensure seamless and timely execution of sales programs.
• Leading the preparation of accurate sales forecasts and reporting sales activities to senior leadership.
• Negotiating contract terms, pricing, and delivery schedules with customers.
• Conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities and align strategies with current market conditions.
• Leading and mentoring a sales team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Developing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
• Identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure program success.
• Ensuring compliance with aerospace industry regulations and quality standards.

The role is onsite in Woodinville, WA, with flexible hours regarding start and end times. The team is close-knit, hands-on, and allows autonomy to work independently. There is an opportunity to manage a large portfolio of approximately 30 customer accounts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bellevue, Washington.

The pay range for this position is $53.00 - $63.00 / hr.
