Senior Value Stream Leader
This position is for an experienced professional in Program Management / Value Stream Leader who will lead a key new program for the Ice Protection and specialty heated system business. The Senior Value Stream Leader, as the primary customer interface, who works independently, leads large programs, analyzes data, recommends resolutions for program problems, manages vendors, maintains progress reports, and participates in contract negotiation. Also this position will be responsible for pursuit to capture activity for NPI programs and to build and maintain customer relationship.
What You Will Do :
- Responsible for Profit and Loss of large program value stream
- Responsible for pursuit to capture for your value stream.
- Leads risk and opportunity management for the program
- Participates in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes
- Leads large programs to support the development of program plans, schedules, and budgets
- Establishes key performance indicators and directs work to achieve these targets
- Analyzes data and monitors programs to ensure adherence to cost, schedule and technical specifications
- Maintains and presents plans and progress reports relating to business aspects of the program(s) to Senior Leadership
- Implements continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and quality
- Identifies and addresses program problems and recommends resolutions
- Manages vendors, when necessary, to support the program
- Directs all program phases from inception through completion
- Manages the contract lifecycle, cost, schedule and performance of company programs
- Supports business travel up to 35% to customers in Europe and domestically in the US
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 8 years of experienceProgram management experienceQualifications We Prefer :
