Our client, a premier year-round mountain destination in New Mexico’s Rocky Mountains, seeks a dynamic Group & Conference Sales Director to elevate group and conference sales.
This role drives strategic sales initiatives, oversees event coordination, and manages group stays to deliver exceptional guest experiences. With a focus on building relationships and executing comprehensive sales plans, the position ensures seamless group events and accommodations at this world-class ski resort.
Group & Conference Sales Director Benefits and Compensation :

Group & Conference Sales Director Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university : PreferredValid driver’s licenseFlexible working scheduleAbility to lift 50 pounds occasionallyVision abilities including close, distance, and peripheral visionGroup & Conference Sales Director Preferred Background :
Five to ten years of successful sales director experience in hotels, ideally in resort / ski areasExpertise in coordinating group events and managing staysProven success in developing and executing sales plansAble to adjust to changing seasonal demands and staffing levelsProficiency in sales automation systems like SalesforceStrong relationships with industry influencers and partners
