• Warranty and service contracts
• Dealers and customers claims
• Adjudicating claims
• Looking for suspicious activity
• Handle calls / emails
• Tavant Warranty on Demand experience is a plus
• SalesForce is a plus
• Warranty and service contract experience is greatly preferred
