About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Electric Utilities to play a pivotal role in its strategic expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving aggressive revenue growth, developing and executing strategies to expand client relationships, and securing multi-year partnerships with investor-owned utilities. This role demands a leader with a strong technical background in substation design, protection / control, relay settings, and transmission line engineering, and the ability to mentor and elevate a team while shaping the company's market approach and long-term roadmap. The Vice President will also be tasked with building and scaling systems, teams, and processes to ensure consistent quality and will be a visible member of the senior leadership team, balancing technical rigor with commercial and people leadership.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' engineering experience, with at least 5 years in an engineering leadership role, and a proven track record in the utilities sector. The role requires a leader with a high EQ, focused on mentorship, clarity, and team morale, and strong commercial acumen with experience in P&L oversight and business development. A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required, with a PE being preferred. The ideal candidate will be authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis and be ready to take on the challenge of leading one of the company's most critical growth engines in a flexible, people-first environment.
