Role Overview
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for connecting business systems, implementing integrations, and ensuring every workflow you touch operates flawlessly. You’ll bridge the gap between client needs and technical execution, translating complex requirements into streamlined, effective solutions. This role requires precision, ownership, and the ability to move projects forward without waiting for someone else to lead the way.
Core Responsibilities
Integration & Workflow Execution
Implement integrations using native tools, connection platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make), or custom solutions with software engineersConnect CRMs, marketing platforms, and other business tools to create seamless, automated workflowsTroubleshoot and resolve workflow or integration issues quickly to maintain uptime and reliabilityDeliver work that meets Launchpoint’s quality and efficiency standards every timeClient Communication & Translation
Explain how systems and APIs communicate in clear, client-friendly termsProactively surface risks, blockers, and better solutions before they become problemsServe as the go-to for technical questions from account and strategy teamsCollaboration & Coordination
Work closely with Account Strategists to align solutions with client goalsPartner with software engineers to scope and deliver custom-built tools when neededProvide regular progress updates and flag anything that could impact delivery timelinesPerformance & Continuous Improvement
