Your Role and Responsibilities

100% outpatient care with a flexible schedule
Deliver primary care services at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Participate in a supportive team environment focused on patient well-being

What We’re Looking For

MD or DO degree with a valid Arizona medical license

Board certification in Family Practice

Residents and board-certified physicians are encouraged to apply
