We are seeking a part-time Patient Advocate to join our team at Quest Physical Therapy in Issaquah, WA. As a Patient Advocate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients, ensuring they have a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
Responsibilities :
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and managing their treatment plans
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and concerns
- Work closely with the clinical team to ensure seamless patient care
- Verify insurance coverage and assist with billing inquiries
- Manage patient records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations

Requirements :
- Prior experience in a healthcare or customer service role (Nice to have but not necessary)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes (Nice to have but not necessary)
- Proficiency in using electronic health record systems (Nice to have but not necessary)
