The Resident Support Associate provides world-class service to residents of the home. The Resident Support Associate will primarily provide confidential care support to the elderly and / or adults 18 years old and over with differing abilities who may have minor health and / or mental issues with their daily living skills, appointments, at-home activities, games and outings and provide companionship. Responsibilities listed below are not meant to be exclusive and may change to adhere to the needs of the home, county, and state regulations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Maintains confidential resident information
• Immediately responds to resident concerns and issues
• Identifies and escalates priority issues
• Documents all information according to standard operating procedures
• Recommends changes to ensure high quality residential experiences
• Stay current with relevant County, State, and Funding Source guidelines and policies
• Ensure compliance with all Company procedures and guidelines including but not limited to Code of Conduct and Code of Ethics
• Stay current with relevant guidelines and policies for daily documentation
• Ensures compliance with all Company Quality Policy procedures and guidelines
• Meets all training requirements within 30 days of hire
• Reports to work on time, and follows attendance guidelines
• Conducts all assigned, but not limited to, job duties in a timely and productive manner
• Performs all job duties according to Residential Support Associate policies and procedures
• Completes other duties as assigned
