Manufacturing Planner

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a Manufacturing Planner in Everett, WA. Position type : Full-time, Contract Duration : 6+ Months Location : Everett, WA.

As a Manufacturing Planner you will :

• Plan and lead teams that support implementation of strategic business initiatives and manufacturing and tooling enhancements.
• Analyze new technologies, concepts and processes that simplify and improve manufacturing processes.
• Support benchmarking of industry to determine best practices. Lead integration of major, complex suppliers, processes, materials, data and technology to meet manufacturing and delivery requirements.
• Participate in source selection to ensure manufacturing requirements are met.
• Develop unique and innovative tooling requirements in alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Establish processes for managing tooling from initial design to end of use disposition. Lead investigations of critical manufacturing related issues.
• Develop and implement solutions involving a broad range of internal and external stakeholders.
• Support benchmarking of advanced applications and methodologies to support producibility improvements.
• Research and develop unique and innovative manufacturing concepts. Influence the design to ensure efficient manufacturing and optimum value.
• Present business case / trade study recommendations to leadership for review.
• Lead development of complex work statements and sequencing of events to support delivery commitments.
• Perform high level analysis of schedule and work statement processes to identify and mitigate manufacturing risks.
• Research, develop and implement new manufacturing processes to support long-range goals and strategic initiatives.
