Complete Health is seeking a compassionate and driven Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join our physician-driven, technology-enabled primary care team in the Birmingham / Pell City area. This is an exciting chance to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a thriving outpatient setting that combines primary care, diagnostics, imaging, urgent care, and on-site pharmacy services.

PCMHs foster stronger relationships between patients and clinical care teams, improve quality and satisfaction, and reduce healthcare costs, while supporting staff in delivering their best care.
