What You’ll Do

Conduct functional behavior assessments and skill-based assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)

Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

Supervise and support RBTs / Behavior Technicians

Collaborate with caregivers, school staff, and other providers

Maintain accurate, insurance-compliant documentation through CentralReach

Monitor and adjust programs based on data and team input

What You Bring

Active BCBA certification and NJ license

Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field

Experience in home-based ABA or community settings preferred

Strong documentation, supervision, and communication skills

Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care
