Thriveworks is actively seeking experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners.
Compensation : This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with a salary range of $147,000-$212,000 per year based on 25-35 clinical hours worked per week.
To ensure the safety and best practices in telemedicine, Thriveworks prioritizes responsible prescribing. We offer stimulant medications when clinically indicated, with decisions made on a case-by-case basis. Substance use disorders are not treated; clients requiring such care will be referred to in-person providers.
Our Nurse Practitioners provide compassionate care to clients with a variety of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and more. You will work with diverse age groups, primarily focusing on adults and adolescents, while aiming to broaden the range of care provided across all ages.
Qualifications :
Licensed Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with Board Certification required.
Master's in Nursing with active prescriptive authority in the applicable state.
Familiarity with AdvancedMD (AMD) EMR is a plus.
Three years of nursing experience is a plus; at least 1 year of psychiatric practice is mandatory.
Candidates must be licensed and reside in the state where they will practice.
All clinical staff must complete in-house training on our ADHD treatment protocols, followed by a certification examination. New hires will participate in the ADHD Clinic and are encouraged to treat ADHD clients without any quotas for client load or prescriptions.
What We Need :
Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations through telemedicine.
Ability to treat clients aged 14 and older.
Willingness to work in the office at least one day a week.
Prescribe medication as needed to alleviate mental health symptoms.
Develop and collaborate with clients on care plans.
Administer relevant paperwork and assessment tools for client evaluation.
Follow Thriveworks' Clinical Practice Guidelines diligently.
Engage with Regional Clinic Directors and colleagues regarding clients, programs, and services across various locations.
