Position Summary

As a Medical Technologist I, you’ll play a vital role in supporting diagnostic care by performing a broad range of laboratory analyses. You'll ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with quality standards, contributing directly to the diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of disease.

Perform clinical laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency

Follow established testing protocols and quality assurance procedures

Prepare reagents and manage inventory for lab operations

Troubleshoot instrument or test issues and assist in system maintenance

Support procedure reviews and compliance for laboratory accreditation

Participate in staff meetings, training, and performance assessments

Communicate clearly with leadership and clinical team members

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or a related field (required)

MT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent certification required within one year of hire

• 3+ years' experience

Registry-eligible candidates will be considered

Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical setting with attention to detail and safety
