Certified Pharmacy Technician

A company is looking for a Specialty Pharmacy Patient Care Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities

Support members in accessing specialty medications and financial resources

Act as a liaison between members, providers, pharmacies, and care facilities

Coordinate scheduling of specialty medication delivery and maintain case load updates

Required Qualifications and Education

Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience

Pharmacy Technician Certification is highly encouraged or must be obtained within one year

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Teams

Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a call center or office environment

Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand / sit for long periods
