Bon Secours Heathsville Family Practice is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our collaborative, patient-centered care team. We serve a diverse community of patients—from newborns through adulthood—providing comprehensive primary care that emphasizes prevention, wellness, and long-term relationships.

Position Highlights

Patient Population : Newborns to 21+

• Average Patients / Day : 18–22
• Schedule : Monday–Friday, 7 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM
• Call : Shared among 10+ providers (weekday 5p–7a; weekend Friday 5p–Sunday 6p)

Call limited to urgent adult issues only

Clinical Responsibilities

Provide full-spectrum primary care, including routine, acute, and wellness visits

Qualifications

Education : Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (FNP)
