About The Position

• Provide direct patient care on a Med Surg / Telemetry unit, monitoring and assessing patient conditions.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and perform necessary procedures per provider orders.
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to cardiac telemetry readings.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and ongoing care needs.
