As a Security Officer - Patrol Driver in Weirton, WV, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech / Media / Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom location, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting regular patrols and maintaining a visible presence throughout the premises. Your role includes providing exceptional customer service, clear communication, and upholding our core values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation. This position is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you support a secure environment and contribute to a caring, people-first culture.

Pay Rate : $16.00 / Hour

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity.
  • Observe and report any suspicious circumstances or potential hazards identified during patrols.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and / or vendors within the location.
  • Complete required logs and reports accurately and in a timely manner for all security-related activities.
  • Follow any additional instructions or protocols outlined by Allied Universal and location management.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
