FNP Compensation

The pay for this position is $74.87 per hour, paid weekly

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

FNP Highlights

Required availability :

Average 32 hours per week

Hours of operation :

Mon–Fri : 8 : 30 AM–7 : 30 PM

Sat : 9 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM

Sun : 9 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM

Biweekly schedule totals 65 hours (one week at 38 hours, the next at 27 hours)

Start Date : Approximately 4 weeks from offer

Potential for Direct Hire based on performance, attendance, and business needs

FNP Responsibilities

Provide evidence-based Primary and Family Care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, health counseling, and care management

Perform administrative duties such as opening / closing the clinic, inventory, patient follow-up, insurance verification, payment collection, and maintaining a clean environment

Manage patient appointments and conduct routine examinations to support optimal health outcomes

Conduct diagnostic testing and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals

Educate and encourage patients to engage in healthy lifestyle choices and participate actively in their wellness, preventive care, and chronic condition management

FNP Requirements

Active and unrestricted Family Nurse Practitioner license in VA

Experience providing primary or family care in a clinical setting

Strong assessment, diagnostic, and patient-care skills

High School Diploma or GED

Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in urgent care, primary care, or walk-in clinic settings

Experience with diagnostic testing and patient education
