Job Title : PCMM Technician

Location : Huntsville, AL

Duration : 6 Months with Ext

Job Summary :

Seeking an experienced PCMM Technician to perform precision inspections of large-scale parts and assemblies using Romer arms, laser trackers, scanners, and manual layout tools. Responsible for verifying part quality through all stages of machining, documenting results, and supporting engineers and machinists with feedback and reports.

Basic Qualifications :

High school diploma / GED with 3–5+ years of inspection experience.

Proficient with micrometers, calipers, comparators, and other standard tools.

4+ years using Romer Arm, AS1 Scanner, Leica AT960 / AT402, or CMM.

Experience with Spatial Analyzer or similar software.

U.S. Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience inspecting aerospace hardware and FAI / ADP documentation.

Familiar with ISO9001 / AS9100, AS9102, and AS5553 standards.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
