Job Details

  • Coordinates nursing care for patients of all ages
  • Coordinates in patient and family teaching
  • Provides leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
  • Focuses on outcomes in patient care and maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting
  • Responsible for the coordination of interdisciplinary functions
  • Manages resources for quality patient care
  • Role model for exhibiting the Behavioral Standards and Customer Service expectations of War Memorial Hospital.

  • 2 Years of experience - Required
  • Labor competency - REQUIRED
  • Work History
  • Skills Checklist, current to 1 year, pertinent to the specialty
  • 2 Supervisory Reference Forms, taken within the last two years
