Assistant Manager

$40,000 / yr

We're looking for Assistant General Managers with a minimum of 1 year of AGM experience in the fast food / restaurant / QSR industry to help lead the daily operations of our successful and high-volume fast-food restaurant.

As an Assistant General Manager, you'll be customer service focused and driven to achieve your goals. You'll play a key role in ensuring our restaurant continues to thrive and deliver exceptional experiences to our valued guests.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Previous food service management experience
  • Work 45 hours per week, rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
  • Valid Drivers License and vehicle is a plus but not required
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and manage your own team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results oriented and customer service focused
