What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day US warehouse operations —receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Partner with UK and Germany teams to co-develop process improvements and share best practices that strengthen accuracy and efficiency across all sites.
• Collaborate as a process leader and subject matter expert with the UK and Germany warehouses to align operations and continuously improve together.
• Champion the adoption of automation technologies (barcoding, scanning, ERP / WMS) to streamline operations in the US.
• Collaborate globally to set policies on inventory accuracy, replenishment, and cycle counting.
• Develop and monitor KPIs to track efficiency, order fulfillment, and cost improvements.
• Lead, coach, and inspire a strong US warehouse and inventory team.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain to align inventory strategies with business goals.
• Support capital planning and process innovation locally and globally.
