Key Responsibilities

Coach and mentor a team of engineers to enhance their technical skills and leadership capabilities

Guide the technical direction for video capture and consumption, contributing to design and implementation as needed

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience leading diverse teams and 5+ years in software development with architectural design experience

Proficient in native iOS or Android development and familiar with video technologies for live streaming

Experience in designing and scaling APIs for mobile applications

Strong focus on delivery excellence with an emphasis on clarity and accountability
