Foreman Lead Driller / Foreman

Position Overview

The Lead Driller / Foreman will oversee drilling operations and manage a team of drillers on construction sites. This role focuses on ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project specifications in deep foundation and geo-technical drilling projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate drilling activities on site to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage a team of drillers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
• Plan and implement drilling schedules according to project timelines.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the best drilling practices and techniques for each project.
• Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety protocols during all drilling operations.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
