Job description

Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager

The Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager will focus on all asset types and transaction types for a complex, leased and owned, owner-occupied portfolio. Responsibilities include; (a) portfolio analysis to identify opportunities; (b) market and asset analysis to determine highest and best use, and value; (c) recommending project strategy; (d) managing third party broker activity including pipeline management and asset disposition programs; (d) financial and qualitative analysis of proposals; (e) managing negotiations and contract documentation; and (f) managing closings.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions

Preferred Skills / Experience

  • Extensive knowledge of commercial real estate transactions, with corporate real estate experience preferred
  • Experience with a variety of asset types office, retail, specialty, etc.
  • Strategic perspective
  • Superior knowledge of financial analysis, forecasting and planning techniques and generally accepted accounting procedures (GAAP), for both landlord and tenant
  • Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Commercial real estate marketing experience
  • Develop and communicate investment recommendations
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully operate within a cross-functional team
  • Proven history of creating value and delivering results that impact
  • Active real estate license

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
