Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager
The Corporate Real Estate Transaction Manager will focus on all asset types and transaction types for a complex, leased and owned, owner-occupied portfolio. Responsibilities include; (a) portfolio analysis to identify opportunities; (b) market and asset analysis to determine highest and best use, and value; (c) recommending project strategy; (d) managing third party broker activity including pipeline management and asset disposition programs; (d) financial and qualitative analysis of proposals; (e) managing negotiations and contract documentation; and (f) managing closings.

Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 7-10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions

The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule, which means there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $133,365.00 - $156,900.00
