Job descriptionLead & inspire : Manage and motivate our mitigation crews on water, fire, and mold restoration projects. Scope & estimate : Conduct on-site inspections, create detailed scopes of work, and prepare accurate estimates using . Develop your team : Coach and train technicians to achieve high standards of quality and customer care (in line with best practices). Drive results : Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Communicate clearly : Be the main point of contact for customers, insurance adjusters, and vendors. Stay organized : Maintain thorough documentation, compliance, and job files. 2+ years of hands-on experience in mitigation / restoration (water, fire, mold). Proven leadership or management experience in the restoration industry. Strong proficiency with Xactimate estimating (required) and Symbility estimating (preferred). IICRC certifications (minimum WRT, willingness to obtain additional). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
