Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager builds community trust by connecting Always Best Care with families, referral partners, and senior resources. You'll join a mission-driven agency that pairs strong ethics with measurable results - led by a CEO with years of experience in marketing, brand development, and healthcare advocacy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and execute local marketing and referral strategies.
- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers, ALFs, and nonprofits.
- Represent the agency at expos, events, and sponsorships.
- Manage digital outreach and track campaign performance.
- Collaborate with Care Consultant to close client inquiries.
- Report monthly KPIs and community engagement outcomes.

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business2+ years of healthcare or community outreach marketingExcellent communication and networking skillsExperience with CRM, social media, and analytics toolsPreferred Qualifications :
