About The Position

  • Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with limited weekend coverage
  • Rehabilitation hospital setting with focused post-acute care
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in internal medicine or family practice
  • Post-acute, rehabilitation, or SNF experience preferred
  • Manageable daily patient census with focus on quality care
