\nCertified Surgical Tech (Heavy Spine / Neuro) - 8 or 10 hr variable days (shift will be determined by MRG) - ThedaCare Orthopedics, Spine & Pain - Appleton, WI

\nContract Length : 13 weeks

\nStart date : ASAP

\nGuaranteed Hours Per Week : 40

\nPrimary Location : ThedaCare OSP - Clinic

\nShift : 8 or 10hr Days (shift will be determined by MRG)

\nShift time : Variable start times as early as 6am (stay late if needed to finish cases)

\nFloat Requirements : To all ThedaCare Facilities (as needed) - within a 60 mile radius

\nOn Call / Call Back Requirements : None

\nWeekend Rotation Requirements : None

\nHoliday Rotation Requirements : None

\nRequired Certifications : CST & AHA BLS

\nMinimum Experience : 2+ years with travel experience REQUIRED.

\nEpic Charting Experience : Not required

\nRequired Skillset : Neuro, Ortho (totals) and Ortho-Spine Experience REQUIRED. Strong in SPINE. Needing someone strong in spine cases. So would need to know the mazor robot for spine and the stealth.

\nUnit Overview : The center offers services to meet every care need, including evaluation, diagnostics, surgery, rehabilitation and pain management. Free standing outpatient surgical center. Will need to help turnover rooms and pick up cases.

\nPrimary Case / Procedure Types : Ortho (total joint), Ortho Sport, Ortho-Spine / Pain / Neuro and Peds (a few times a month). Anterior & Posterior Fusions, ALIFT, TLIF, Discectomy, Hand / Upper Extremity, Podiatry.

\nSpine cases : Lumbar 360 Anterior / Posterior fusions, Stealth / Robotic, Cervical anterior / posterior, T Lift / A Lift

\nCases per day : Approximately 20-25

\nScrub Colors required : Provided

\n

\nNo new travelers - at least one completed contract required

\n

\nGSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed.
